For time w/only 1 partner working at a time:

10 burpee box overs, 24/20 (jump- or step-overs)
40 kettlebell swings

30 kettlebell swings
10 burpee box overs
20 kettlebell swings
10 burpee box overs
10 kettlebell swings
10 burpees box overs
+
optional:
50 alternating DB curls
100 abmat sit-ups
*not for time, can be partitioned as needed/desired
