A. 1-arm DB/KB overhead walking lunges, 4 x 15m – alternate sides set-to-set so each side does 2 sets; begin a set every 2:00
B. Alternating DB rows from plank position, 3 x 10-12 total (5-6/side); begin a set every 2:00

1st: 2 halting clean-grip deadlifts – :01 pause 1” off the ground, complete lift, :03 descent, :10 between reps
2nd: 5/side 1-arm DB push press, 21X1

Every 2:00 for 12:00 (3 sets of each):
1st: 1 power clean + 2 front rack alternating reverse lunges + 1 front squat, all tough
2nd. 6-8 total (3-4/side) seesaw DB bench press (non-working arm stays @ lockout)
