Schedule a short consultation w/Stephen to check out our facility and discuss your goals and our services. This is not a training session (though you will likely see training taking place), this is simply to see if we’re a good fit. We’re confident you will know whether or not Cincinnati Strength is the right place for you after meeting – and if it’s not, no worries, there are no strings attached and the consultation is always free.

Step 2


After your consultation, we’ll schedule a 1-on-1 or small group initial assessment to get a clearer picture of your current level of fitness, how you move, and any past or current limitations. We’ll also teach you the basics of some of the more complicated movements that might show up in training.

Step 3


After your consult and initial assessment, you are ready to begin your training at Cincinnati Strength. Whether you are here for your health or your performance, in a group or individual setting, our coaches are ready to assist and welcome you into our community!
