    Legs still a little sore.

    A. Worked up to 295#.
    B. Stayed at 295#. Complete.
    Did only one of the workouts. With Conner and joe.

    Times: fast.

    A. Worked up to 195. Did it twice cuz 1st one was ugly but got em both.

    B. CGDL @ 215#

    Last 2 were obviously slower

    6 unbroken HPC @ 145#, 100m run hard, walk back.

    Did this on Tuesday.
    Worked up to 275 on the Jerk. This felt solid, but I stayed there and called it.
    CGDL @ 315 complete. Used straps here because I tore my hand on the pullups on Monday.

    1st two sets of ring dips work strict, then 8, then 6.
    Kept the cleans what I thought would be light, but turned out to be kind of tough. All unbroken at 185. The last two sets I had to rest in the front rack for a second or two around rep 4. Sprints were sprinty.
