400m run
30 wall balls
20 pull-ups or muscle-ups (1 bar = 2 or 1 ring = 3]
*each run must be completed by a single partner each time (but can be different partners doing the work each round), though wall balls & pull-ups/MUs can be traded off as desired w/only 1 partner working at time
