1st: 2-3 clean-grip deadlifts, 31X1
2nd: 5-6 DB bench presses, 30X0

10 Russian kettlebell swings
10 burpees
*select reps/loading that allows all work to be done in no more than :60 w/unbroken swings in all rounds
