    A. Snatch grip DL from deficit, 3-2-1-1:
    145, 155, 165. Did it wrong the 1st round at a heavier weight, went back and did he’s numbers w weights touching the ground. #blondemoment.
    B. Split Jerk- tough single – 195#.
