We emphasize and provide structured and progressive strength programming accompanied by the CrossFit prescription of varied, functional, high-intensity conditioning sessions. We stick to the basics, individualize them as needed, and perform them exceptionally well. We understand that there are no short-cuts to long-term health & fitness, regardless of the individual goal.

Structured for continual long-term progress and varied to keep things enjoyable, our classes utilize free weights, gymnastics, sleds, rowers, ski ergs, bikes, and running, all while allowing for flexibility for varied current fitness levels and goals. Our individualized programs will refine the training even more, focusing on a thorough movement, skills, and fitness assessment prior to designing a program tailored to your individual goals.
Personalized training (even in a group) and experienced coaches
Our class & individualized programs take the guesswork out of working out. From warm-up to cool-down, you will know exactly what you’re supposed to be doing every time you step foot in our gym.
Our coaches work with each member during every class to ensure you’re performing the workouts safely, efficiently, and with appropriate intensity, giving you better results and the confidence to keep reaching and expanding your goals.
