    In Columbus for today for wills powerlifting meet.
    Worked out w my sister at an LA fitness. Instead of 200 wall balls did 100 squats holding a 25lb plate, she did 50 w a 10 lb plate. Then did double unders with their only jump rope (which was so heavy lol) and row cals. Took about 25 mins.
