SHE
5:00 row @ 90% aerobic

For 30:00:
3 power cleans @ 65% 1RM on the even minutes
5 handstand push-ups on the odd minutes
complete, all cleans touch-and-go @ 175 and all HSPUs strict unbroken
OPTathlon:
1. Clean & jerk, build to a max in 10:00
30 minute break
2. Standing triple jump, max in 3 attempts
3. 500m row + :90 rest in straps + 500m row
2+ hour break
4. 8:00 AMRAP of [8 thrusters 115/65 + 8 burpees over bar + 8 pull-ups COVP]

1. 180 big PR +10 on clean +5 on jerk and +15 on the combo

3. 1:44.6 and 1:50.1 pretty sure that’s a 4 sec PR on the 500 and I left some in the tank
4. 3+13 pathetic but I was afraid I was gonna trip over the bar, burpees were awful!!!

6. 18:30. 24 sec off my PR on the old course and done fresh haha so I’m happy with that
Oh and I didn’t really take the 30 min break and the other 2 were an hour each, I’m in a time schedule
