Andy Shetterly, Licensed Massage Therapist, ART-Whole Body Certified
Andy specializes in helping athletes reach their ultimate level of performance by integrating three extremely effective stand alone techniques of Active Release Techniques (ART), Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), into a dynamic session specifically tailored to meet the individual’s needs.
He has over 25 years of experience working with people who want to be out of pain or who may want to reach their optimum
level of performance. Andy assists athletes of all levels, from the elite athlete to the weekend warrior, as well as many top level high school, college and professional athletes, not only prevent injuries from occurring but also regain their top form post injury. He is able to keep people at the top of their game, while also preventing potential injuries by correcting muscle compensation patterns.
Andy helps an individual out of pain or restrictions by eliminating Trigger Points (NMT), a major cause of pain and also by reducing adhesions that can cause restrictions in Range of Motion (ROM) and injury or entrap nerves, through ART. Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), is integrated as a key component to increase both flexibility, Range of Motion and help maximize speed, strength, quickness.
Andy will ensure that through an integrative program, based on ART, NMT, AIS and other key therapeutic modalities, you will be at the top of your game, so that you could feel great and excel, without limits!
Eric is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has been practicing physical therapy in Ohio for over ten years. His experience includes working in hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient neurological settings; but his primary focus has been working in orthopedics. Eric’s outpatient orthopedic experience includes working, most recently, in general orthopedic clinics and a spine clinic specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery. He has also spent time practicing in clinics specializing in foot and ankle rehab as well as working with the Army Rangers, Airborne, and Special Forces in their facility in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Eric is also a part-time professor for the University of Cincinnati’s physical therapy assistant major program.
Eric has an avid interest in fitness and adventure. He loves running on the road, suffering through triathlons, playing in the ocean, hiking in the woods, boarding through the snow, and playing with his dogs. Eric also coaches runners and walkers in half-marathon training programs for Team S, a running team based in Cincinnati, and Team Challenge, a national endurance team that participates in half-marathons around the country to benefit The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.
