Initial Assessment / Foundations
Limited to a max of three participants in each two week course, these six 60-minute sessions cover our programming and methodology, CSC’s facility and equipment, and the fundamental movements of strength & conditioning training. A structured workout completes each session. Successful completion of the course is required to begin training. Included in the Foundations Course is a 1-on-1, 60 minute assessment in which movement, structural balance, nutrition, goal setting, program design, and body composition may be covered. After this initial assessment and Foundations Course, you will transition into our general strength & conditioning programming or we will work with you to develop a program fit to meet your specific goals. All are welcome – no base level of fitness or experience in training/conditioning required.
